PAYMENT

1. When making a transaction, the customer has the option to choose payment via Autopay, Klarna or direct bank transfer.

2. The shipping cost is not included in the product price. The shipping cost is calculated in the basket after adding products.

3. Products purchased through the Polish version of the store can only be delivered within Poland.

DELIVERY

1. The standard order processing time is approximately 40-60 business days. The maximum product processing time is 90 business days, unless otherwise agreed. The specified processing time does not apply to non-standard orders, the completion date of which is determined individually.

2. The processing time is counted from the moment the advance payment is posted.

3. The date of receipt of the shipment is the processing time + estimated delivery time. In the case of courier delivery, the delivery time is 2 business days, while in the case of domestic forwarding, the time is determined individually, usually up to a week.

4. Standard delivery is done in the board-to-board system, which means that it does not include placing an order.

5. The product is made to order and is non-returnable.
